Here at Quickturfs, we are proud to offer you the highest-quality product to meet your specific requirements.
We take great pride in both our product and our customers. As a result, ALL artificial grass comes with a warranty. This is testament to the knowledge and quality-control measures practiced by our staff and a promise to you that our products really are the best in the industry.
Each one of our synthetic grass products comes with a uv warranty, regardless of pile-height, style or colour. All artificial turf offered by Quickturfs is durable, soft and realistic.

OUR PROMISE
Depending on your product choice, our turf will be free of defects for a period of ten (10) or seven (7) years, subject to correct installation and fair wear and tear.
We promise your artificial grass will look great all year round and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. In the highly unlikely event of a fault with our product, we promise to repair or replace the affected area- with no fuss.
Our artificial turf won’t get muddy or worn in the winter, scorched in the summer, or wither in the shade – it’s a gardener’s best kept secret! For indoor use, our synthetic grass won’t give way under the weight of furniture or discolour with spillages.

HOW TO MAINTAIN OUR ARTIFICIAL GRASS
Of course, there are measures that we advise you to take to keep your artificial grass looking aesthetically pleasing throughout your warranty period. There may be instances where your fake grass requires leaves or other debris to be removed. You can simply brush, sweep or even hoover your artificial grass, it’s as simple as wiping a countertop. Many customers enquire about how artificial grass handles pets and their habits if any ‘mess’ is made. Due to it’s durable nature, hot water and mild detergent is all you need to make it look like nothing had ever happened. All of our grass is pet friendly!
Our BuzzGrass products require no mowing, strimming or weeding so you can spend your extra time relaxing focusing on other parts of the garden, with the knowledge that you are fueling the UK manufacturing industry. No weeding, mowing or extra watering means you are saving money on products and not using harmful pesticides in your garden.

Book a complimentary site with one of our experienced technical consultants. They will help you determine what can be done in your specific area and what products will be best for your application.

Installation
The Quickturfs artificial grass range is fully porous and UV stabilised and is suitable for placement on soil, tarmac, concrete and decking.
All our Quickturfs installation teams are highly trained professionals to fit quality garden lawns across South Africa. Rest assured, this is done with the utmost care for your property, and the minimal amount of fuss, mess, or noise.

Maintenance
Maintenance on your new luxury lawn is essential. Depending on the amount of play time and traffic we recommend a minimum of one visit every six months. If you have a special occasion coming up, we are happy to drop by for a brush-up to get your grass ready for any party or family celebration.

Recently had artificial grass installed at my house. The team from Quick Turfs is AMAZING. It was the best building/renovation I've ever done. 100% recommendation. Here are some of the reasons
1) The staff
Everyone is professional, respectful and very friendly. (I dealt with office manager, site manager and the staff installing the grass) They were always willing to accommodate my requests (regardless of how out there it was)
2) The process
Completely seamless (from online enquiry right through to installation) Not a single issue or worry. I was constantly updated as to next steps etc.
3) Cost

How Long Does Artificial Grass Last?
With a proper maintenance completed by Quickturfs maintenance crew once or twice per year your turf could last for up to 10 - 15 years.
How Long Does The Warranty Last?
Yes! Our products are warrantied for 3 - 10 years depending on the specific product. If your project is installed by Quickturfs we offer an additional warranty on our workmanship for 2 years from the date of your installation.
Does Artificial Grass Fade?
Quickturf’s synthetic fibers are UV coated, which protects our artificial grass from all of the sunshine Cape Town has to offer! Our grass fades less than 2% yearly, which would be nearly impossible to notice over time.
